Bal Products 21100005 12V Motor Powered C-Jack Kit for RV Trailers

I purchased one kit to replace the manual jacks on the rear of my 31' travel trailer. When the box was delivered, it did not appear to have any shipping damage. I opened the box and verified it was missing the switch mounting screws and the two breakers. I initiated a return and Walmart shipped another one to me right away. Again, the box was fine but it was missing the same parts. I called BAL and left a message, but they did not call me back. I called again and spoke with someone who took my message, but I again did not receive a call back. I needed the jacks functional for the weekend so I went and bought the missing items to complete the installation. The jacks worked awesomely! I highly recommend them for their ease of use and their sturdiness. But now, I bought another kit to replace the manual jacks on the front of the trailer. Sure enough - the box was delivered in good condition and the kit was missing the switch screws and the breakers. This time, I called BAL during business hours and spoke with someone. She said BAL does not distribute directly to Walmart so they don't honor any issues with missing parts for customers who purchase from Walmart. I verified my purchased was "shipped and sold by Walmart" and not a third party. She explained it did not matter; I needed to have purchased the kits from a company BAL has a contract with in order for BAL to be able to help. So if you are looking to buy this, you'll most likely need to obtain your own screws to be able to mount the switches and also your own 15A breakers in order to complete the installation. Once you do, you'll love the jacks. Just hope you don't have to deal with BAL for anything!
