Best over all health supplement. I recommend for all ages.

The supplement is great, and I have been using it for past two years, and I like to continue using it but I cannot afford it due to other important prescriptions costs and I'm cutting back on my budget. Therefore, I would like to STOP the Balance of Nature Supplement starting effectively in October 2025. I would appreciate you to stop charging my account henceforth and don't supply me anymore because I cannot afford it anymore. Thanks so much. Please take note.

I love the Fruits and Veggies supplements and the Fiber and Spice supplement! As a working mom, these are a must in my life! I love how easy the Fruits and Veggies capsules are to take. And I love mixing the Fiber and Spice with some milk and vanilla protein powder! I feel like I'm doing the ultimate self care for my body when I take my Balance of Nature supplements!

For most of my life the majority of fruit and vegetable produce I consumed were farm fresh. As the family farm dynamics changed, I sourced produce from local stores and stands. Quite often I consumed the produce because I didn't want to throw it away due to the taste and ripeness. As I aged I could tell my body needed something more, so I began researching and trying supplements. Balance of Nature caught my attention because the produce was in a form that preserved the quality in a capsule, provided a wide variety, and was convenient to use and store. The bonus was that I could understand the ingredient list. I wasn't as excited about Fiber & Spice, but found that it was the most impactful supplement and also had an ingredient list that I could understand. I continue to research different supplements, but I am going on 5 years of only supplementing with Balance of Nature's Whole Health System. There is nothing that compares!

I've been taking Balance of Nature religiously every day since 2018. I have more energy, I'm healthier, I don't get sick when others do. If I am under the whether it takes much less time to recover back to normal. Absolutely love this product and will take until I can't swallow the pills any more.

Fruit and vegetable pills are good but not fiber and spice. Fiber and spice don't have safety seal. Fruit and vegetable bottles have safety seal.

Compare these to a lesser known brand and the ingredients are very similar. If not, identical, perhaps slightly different quantities I'm pretty good about taking all sorts of powders fiber, collagen Cetera, but the fiber and spice taste really awful. I must admit I like it I feel it's just a little over priced.

To much money

Fiber %26 Spice is nasty but works Have not notice any difference in my energy level or any change with taking the vitamins. Plus, when I ordered, Walmart double ordered and double charged me. Tried to return but could not figure how.

Fiber and spice was gross I canceled and they thought it would be ok to ship another order months later and when I called to not have te order fulfilled they said they couldn't help me this company is a sham. Plus when products arrived first time and the second they were both old merchandise on was a year and the othe 10 months. Not a good way to run a health food product
