The measurements are in centimeters, which I think is strange. So lots smaller than I thought it would be, it also pretty solid for a balance pad. I wouldn't buy it again.

Terrible product
The mat fabric is too thin and very hard on knees. I was unable to use it for my floor workouts.

Board too little to be utilized for the purpose
Seller dimensions are in CMs versus inches, which then makes the foam board too little to be utilized for the purpose instead.
