[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 years ago my cat got very sick, congestion and trouble breathing, He needed a strong shot of anti-biotics plus one weeks worth of additional doses. The vet recommended that I give Henry (the cat) Lysine supplements to help his immune system. That's when I started giving him the Balanced Breed Brand. Henry hasn't been sick since and is a very happy 15 year old cat.

Our vet recommended L-Lysine for our shelter adopted boys (some herpes type virus that gives them allergy, cold type symptoms). We've tried a few brands over the years. This one is a keeper. L-Lysine, krill oil, they like it and MADE IN THE USA.

Your formula has changed my cat in both, health and eagerness to take supplements. She cannot wait for her "vitamin treat" every day. I've tried so many others in the past and it's always a struggle to get the fur-babies to take them.

My male Tabby loves these! I had to crumble one up into my female Calico's food bowl for her to eat hers. Some reviews mentioned this product smelling bad. It smells like any other regular cat treat.

Seemed to work quickly. First day, only a couple of sneezes. Second day, one sneeze, no stuffy nose. Third day, no sneezing, no wheezing. So far, so good! :)

I have purchased this name brand before. Even though they changed the texture on this product. I mix it with some wet food for my cat. She does not have no problems with the new texture. At all and it still works the same it works.

Unfortunately, my sweet kitty did not like these at all! i tried mixing it into her fav wet food; tried giving one to her as a treat; tried crumbling one up and sprinkled it over her dry food. Tried giving it as a pill... she spit it out. Maui was not having it, and sadly, it took her a while to trust me again. Maui loves food and has never rejected anything like she did this product. it does have a bit of a medicinal zmell.

It stays fresh in container . But my cat won't have anything to do with eating it . I've tried several ways and it's a NO go !

Been buying this lysine for my cat for about a year. This was my first time ordering them from Walmart, big mistake. When i opened the container and looked at the lysine it was very dark as if they were old. My cat would not eat them. Returning for a refund
