Excellent value for the quality and price. I was initially skeptical after the low price and some of the reviews, but I'm all in on this. Horrible instructions, but assembly is straight forward after laying out the pieces. I'd recommend having help for safety, and use a cordless driver for quick 1-hour assembly. Could have come with washers for each bolt, but that's about it. 1 of the 2 boxes is ridiculously heavy.

I bought this piece to add to my gym to be able to do shrugs, bent over rows, upright rows, and some pressing variations and for the price point I am pleased with the product. Unless you're planning on going 500lbs on a smith machine this product will get the job done v.s. The $1,000 competitors.

This Smith Machine is perfect for my home gym. Small footprint, works great - pretty sturdy. For the price it's a great value. I'm not sure if I'd put the entire 1,000 lbs on it, but it's stable for the weights I use for presses, squats, rows, etc. Very happy with my purchase!

Solid smith machine. Perfect for home gym. So far, so good. It's a very sturdy, well-built machine. Comes with pull-up bar, rack attachments, and attachment for dips. Only complaint is the lack of clarity of the instructions to assemble (lowered star rating for this). It's not rocket science, though. Just look at the pictures closely and have someone to help. Totally great deal at this price (on sale for 399), with free shipping.

it would have received a 5 star ...... only one concern its nice but one of the safety catches hits the very end of the bar so I believe if something happened and it was to fall only one side is going to hold properly . other than that i like it I put it together by my self so the assembly is not bad at all ... worth the money . I have no contacted anyone about the concern

It was a 2hour project. I had my twin, my son, and the neighbor eventually had to come over to help. Overall for the price I am satisfied. The quality and color is good for the “cheap price” or sale lol I definitely recommend for someone that wants to be fit from comfort of home and not trying to spend a paycheck on the equipment.

Nice Machine. I bought this and shipping took 3 weeks. Packaging was not great it came in two boxes and was badly beat up. After lifting the biggest box, i could see why it was beat up. One of the boxes weighted maybe 50 lbs. The larger box probably weighted over 150 lbs. It was difficult to lift, however I carried to my garage. when i opened the box pieces were missing and there were no bolts to assemble the item. Also the instructions were not very clear. I cannot get in touch with the supplier nor can i get walmart to reach out to the supplier to get the missing bolts and pieces. they did offer a return, but i opted to keep the machine, as i was able to buy bolts at Lowes to assemble most of it. i am just missing the barbell hooks so its not a total loss. It would be a really nice machine if i could get the 2 hooks that a smith machine is known for. i still use the machine and it functions really well. i would give this 4 or 5 stars if customer service could have resolved my issue.

Arrived wrapped in plastic wrap because box was shredded. Part of the unit was sticking out of the plastic wrap which resulted in them being damaged. Majority of the components are deeply scratched and bent. Missing screws. Return process is a nightmare because FedEx won't pick up without it being boxed. Can't mail back with the label because there is no usable boxes.

This has been a nightmare. We ordered $1800 worth of equipment from this company. The first package that arrived was only 1 of 2. The other one never arrived. Worked with Walmart to get a replacement. The next package that arrived was the wrong item - it was a Power Cage and we ordered a Smith Machine. The packaging is just random plastic wrap and cardboard, so you have to take it completely apart to even figure out what the item is. Now I am being told that I have to return all the items so I have to assemble the hundred or so parts into something that can be transported and returned. I am livid and can not believe the incompetence of this company.

the review is not about the smith machine, it's about the way Walmart handle this purchase. they only delivered one of the box, it was supposed to be 2 box. when i called customer service, they said to give it 48 hrs because the other box is on the way, they can't provide me with a tracking number, because it's the same tracking number for both boxes which shows everything was delivered. the representative told me they don't ship both boxes at the same because it's too heavy for fedex delivery driver to handle, which does not make sense since there's not different tracking number for the packages. i will wait after 48 hrs and if nothing happens i will call Walmart to know what is happening. such a waste of people time
