BalanceFrom 1/4-inch Thick All Purpose High Density Non-Slip Yoga Mat with Carrying Strap

I'm not a yoga expert but I stretch on this mat on a hard tile floor and it feels like I'm on a gym floor all very durable and grabs the tile surface…I have a former broken vertebrae from combat jump in airborne school and I went cheaper on mat and it's not a cheaply made product…comes with roll up straps for easy portability.,..I was special ops and know fitness…this was a wise investment…thanks Beau —-TEXAS—-

Its a brand new matt so be sure to unroll it to get the new smell off if the new smell of a matt bothers you.

Actually what I wanted! Great price and arrived in timely manner! Awesome service!!

Good yoga mat but live the strap option. Makes carrying and storing much easier. Good product for the coat.

Overall great exercise mat. Used it for my pilates workouts. Only downside I noticed is that it is a bit slippery when your hands get sweaty! But other than that, it gets the job done.

This yoga mat makes the grade. Bought several for a nonprofit goat yoga event that was on uneven and bumpy ground. It provided sufficient cushion and grip despite the 1/4 inch thickness and the price was right for donating to the cause.

Great for the price but tore up easily

mat had something on it that made me very nausous. The mat had an oilly film on it as well. I returned it to the store.

I'm new to yoga and wanted to get an inexpensive mat to begin with. Sadly, this was too thin, I couldn't stay on it for very long without back discomfort. I'll be looking for a thicker one.

I definitely would not recommend this Yoga mat! its very thin and cheaply made! This is the second Yoga mat that I have purchased from Walmart this Holiday season. The Yoga mat is is to be a present for a little girl who loves to practice tumbling. i really feel bad that I have to be giving her such a cheap mat.
