I recently purchased the BalanceFrom Three Fold Folding Exercise Mat, and it's easily one of the best buys I've made. The standout feature is its impressive thickness, which gives a level of comfort and support I haven't found in other mats. While it's great for exercising or kneeling, I've also used it in so many other ways—changing a flat tire, camping when I forgot a chair, or relaxing on the beach without worrying about sand. I've even taken naps on it instead of using a cot while on vacation. It's lightweight, easy to carry, and doesn't take up much space, yet it still provides excellent cushioning for joints. I'm about to buy another because it's truly become a staple in my everyday life.

I replaced my yoga mat with this 2” mat. I am older (65) and the yoga mat hurt my bones on my hardwood floors. This mat is perfect for all my stretching and exercises I do. It is firm, but very comfy. Good quality. It folds quickly and can put it out of sight in seconds.

Got to me in just a couple days. Good quality. Was exactly what I was looking for, a little smaller than I anticipated but it'll get the job done.

Very nice quality, I bought for under our girls gymnastics bar, it is smaller than we thought so would need two to fully cover the space, but overall very happy with it.
