The only reason that I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is that the product came with 3 collars instead of 4. other than that, I would give 5 stars regarding the material and the price.

Seems good but one was leaking
Weights looked good, some arrived oily (not a big deal just wiped with a towel) but one of the 2.5lb plates was leaking. Hopefully I just got unlucky and the replacement will be fine.
