Before I purchase this item I read the description of the product and then I read the reviews. I purchased it as a gift for my brother. He has fractured his pelvis and hip years ago and the doctor recommended different exercises for his pain. My brother is very pleased with the product. It is not cheaply made. I am very pleased with the product.

So far so good with this yoga mat. My old one was slipping on the hardwood floor so I needed one with a stickier bottom. This one is pretty solid on the floor, only a slight movement can be noticed with an intense jump or HIIT move. Great value!

Make sure you share specific feedback about this item. How did it work for you? What do you wish someone would have told you before buying it? Looks good, exactly what I wanted to do with this. Can have light work out on it and can do multiple tasks on it as well.

I use this mat for hot yoga and haven't had any issues so far. I use it with a long hot yoga non slip towel which works well for my classes.

its a great starter mat both my husband and I ordered mats here on walmart and definitely this one is the better option. It's non slip from the floor and your feet and love the carring strap to carry hands off.

I love this mat! It is the perfect size for all of your workout needs. Durable and does not slide. Very reasonable and good quality for the price! Highly recommend!

This mat is a really nice thickness. I have wood floors, so I needed something a little thicker than a normal mat. I really like it. The only downside is that it is slippery. I always use a workout mat, so I know it is just this one. Whenever I do anything in plank my hands slide and are not secure. Maybe once it is broken in it will improve. But other than that I really like this mat.
