BalanceFrom Classic Weight Plates, Cast Iron, 5 Pound

Im working out 🏋️ from home so I really need it

When doing butterflies on the bench...wear goggles to protect the eyes...paint chips fly off the weights when you clap them together...always liked the sound of iron smashing iron. Dont want any bodies eyes to be put out like Samson.

I ordered and paid for 4 pair, meaning 8 plates but only received 2 pair = 4 plates. As far as the quality of the plates I'm extremely pleased. If they can get their shipping squared away and shipped the correct amount I would give them 5 stars. From the reviews this happens frequently. I spent about 90 mins on the phone just to get a refund on what they didn't send,

2.5 lbs plates not as good quality as larger plates. the weight is different for each plate as well.

Like a few others, I ordered a set of 4 plates, but only received 2 plates. I could not find contact info for the seller, ultimately Walmart settled the dispute with me. Thanks Walmart. The plates we did receive are nice, but I will not likely to use this seller again due to not being able to contact them and the ongoing issue of people not getting their entire order.

if you are in the market for a set of weights. this seems to be a very good quality one. however, I would advise you not to order this through Walmart, just go to the manufacturer's website and order it there. we received our weights today. not only are we missing the barbell, the eclipse, a 45 lb weight, a 25 lb weight. package the weights back up and bring them back to the store in order to return them and then have to repurchase them again. when I explain that that was not feasible for us nor was a good customer service. I was told that they could pick them up from our house. when I explained that we would still have to repackage them. I was told to put them in any box that I had. when I brought to the customer service representatives attention that you could not put 100 lb of weeds and whatever box I have and expect any shipping carrier to pick them up, I was told that my concern would be escalated. The customer service representative then told me that it was not possible to receive a partial refund or a full refund without returning the items. upon reviewing the FedEx label, it shows that nine packages were part of this order. we only received 8 packages. but if only nine packages were ever shipped from the warehouse then it was shipped as an incomplete order. there would need to be at minimum 11 packages, more than likely 12 packages, in order to ship all of these items. it's not even worth my time to escalate it to FedEx to see if they can find the one missing package because that still would not complete our order. if you are somebody who actually reads the reviews, you will see many other reviews like ours where people did not receive all of the items.

I cannot rate the actually product yet. Ordered 2 for christmas presents. When first one arrived, the 7ft barbell was missing. After several calls and hours wasted with Walmart.com, finally someone provided actually assistance. I had to send back all the weights %26 they will send a replacement after my order is received back at their warehouse. Not sure why a barbell couldn't just be shipped as it came in separate packages. Going on weeks now %26 still waiting for the replacement. When the second one arrived, again no barbell!!! Currently on hold with Walmart.com to hopefully resolve this same issue. How do you miss a 7ft barbell, not once but twice?? Very frustrating!!! I only gave 1 star because I don't have the product to actually use %26 review.

Product shipped with a standard 10 pound plate rather than an olympic 10 pound plate. Additionally, it was missing the clips. Rather than issue a credit or send a replacement part, Walmart said I would need to return the entire 300-pound set for a refund.

I have never left a review before, but I'm that mad. The weight set is great but the problem is my order got delayed I've waited over three weeks and when I finally got my order of course I'm missing the barbell 😡 I called customer service and they was zero help or compassionate, made it sound like it was my fault that I had a item missing, and the solution was for me to return everything I have back (after already waiting 3 weeks for it) just so I could reorder it all again bc apparently they can't just send out the piece I'm missing but yet every single thing came individually packed in there own box. Each weight. So yeah thanks a lot Walmart

I ordered from Walmart because they could get it here quicker than Amazon. First mistake there. When it got here it was missing the bar and clips. Called up and was told no worries order the bar and we will reimburse you. I called twice and they could not find.thw interaction, then another person found it and said it would be taken care of by another team. So far no response, no reimbursement and I still don't have the clips.
