BalanceFrom Extra Thick Puzzle Exercise Mat with EVA Foam Interlocking Tiles for MMA, Exercise, Gymnastics, and Home Gym Protective Flooring in Black

these squares are great! I'm not using it for exercise, but they definitely give the cushion and support that's needed. I'm using them as a carpet mat and it's awesome under my shag rug

Love this product I used it for padding under the pool during the summer and now going to set up in the garage for the winter to have a play area for my son

Ordered these to help my dog get around after hip surgery. Pretty good traction compared to bare floors, easy to adapt to big and small spaces, easy to clean and nice cushioning. Great purchase.

I am using them for mechanical purposes and while laying under cars on the concrete. I got the 1" thick ones for that purpose and they work out great. If you are using them as a workout mat I can see they would be durable and low impact on joints. At 62 years old,the body can't take rolling around on concrete for hours and these solved that problem. I like them personally.

I was a little worried about the thickness because the 1/2 inch was no longer available; I bough two sets to make a bigger area for barbell weights and bench steps ; after using it with my daughter to do core exercises I just love the comfort , and it protects my hard wood floors at the same time . I also have cushion for my knees as I do plyo exercises. Walmart also gave me the best price compared to Target, Amazon , EBay, abd Groupon . It just took longer for shipment . Heck, for the price I have nowhere to go and I'm not in any hurry during Covid-19 Safer At Home government mandate !

The product is exactly as described. I was amazed with the high quality, form and firmness of these mats. I love the fact they have finished off the edges to go around the perimeter of the floor, however the edges are easily removed to allow the mats to be connected. Overall this is a very well made, quality product that is very versatile. Easy to apply. Was used for exercise/work out floor in shed. Very happy with purchase and highly recommend it. Thank you for such a good product!

I decided to use the mat on my pool deck. My deck is carpeted but metal underneath and it was very hot on our feet . What a great success!

I love them, I use them on the floor in my rabbits room so easy to clean easy to sweep and so easy to mop . I had some other one that you just couldn't clean

Like it but just a little slippery in beginning but seems to be getting better with use. Good padding - overall very good

Fits together and so far stays together unlike some others I have bought in the past. Comfortable to walk on and work out on. So far very pleased.
