Wow!!! First let me start by saying as a weary (health/fitness) online shopper I rarely post reviews, but this is a must have item. I've got to say, I LOVE this mat! It's thick so you don't feel the rough ground which is perfect for someone like myself who has had multiple spinal fusions, it provides phenomenal support. Also, it's also not like some cloth mats that attract dirt or worse get drenched in sweat, it also wont move all over the ground making workouts unstable-the material keeps it stable. This mat is similar to ones I would use in the Army for physical fitness training! The built in straps are a huge help for convenience. Honestly the mat would even be great for the beach or camping they are perfect for on the go comfort. I provided some pics and you can see it is good quality material. (keep in mind i dislocated my wrist just had surgery a few days ago yet I can hold this no problem because it is so lightweight.).

I have a knee replacement and I'm starting doing yoga but some position s I can not do it because the pain on my knees with this mat problem solved I loved is super comfortable and very thik I don't have no more pain on my knees. The mat is excellent and I love the color too.I recomend thi mat for everybody that need to do exercise on the floor is super comfortable. I te a little hard to roll back due the thikness but I dont mind to leave with out the straps.I think is a very good mat.

This is a must have exercise mat for exercising on hard wood floors. It also allows me to do some jumping exercises in my second floor apartment without making noise to the apartment below. It's also comfortable on my knees.

This is a great product. I like it to put it in the engine compartment to Leon to work on my injectors.

Took long time to receive. Get lost in mail or something. Think they were out of blue color but not indicated on web. I finally ordered purple instead and it arrived. Quality is good.

I really want to give this mat five stars, but it came with dents in it from the carrying strap. Its just shy of 1 inch thick and very comfortable. I needed somethjng to protect my knees while working out. This mat has the right amount of thickness for jumping, etc! I just wish it didn’t have dents jn it. It also comes with a two year warranty!

Mat is thick, long, very spongy, and very nice. However, the carrying strap is defective. Needs replacing. The carrying shoulder strap is only sewed to one of the binder straps......and only 2 threads to the other binder strap. No way to connect the shoulder strap to binder straps. Manufacturer defect. Needs replacing. The mat is very thick and very long. spongy, Perhaps too long.. It is also heavy, cumbersome for a female to transport, but is what I needed for my joints. It definitely needs the binder straps for storage.

I ordered this mat because I was looking for more support during my yoga sessions. I found that the thinner mats were still causing pain in my knees. This mat is so supportive and soft. It stretches so it helps prevent taring. The only improvement I could suggest would be that the surface gets wrinkly looking after using it for some time. This is no fault of the product but just a fact- it is harder to balance because there is more give in the surface.
