Disappointed
The box arrived in tatters. Apparently the strap didn't make the trip. Inadequate assembly instructions. Nothing on YouTube under the product names listed on the box. Parts inadequately labled. Even with the issues, it seems to be a sturdy construct. Would try my luck elsewhere, given the chance.

Unsatisfied.
Scheduled delivery September 3. Delivered 10 days before, no-one home, left on the porch in a beat up box that had been ripped and taped. No assembly instructions. Not even sure I have all the parts. It is still in pieces on the floor of my basement. Would love to get assembly instructions.

Its taller than I thought it was. But that's ok, hubby uses it! I ride like the shoulder rest, so we removed it.
