I am 69yrs old, COPD and on oxygen so any type of working out is very hard for me. I love this stepper. I am able to use it daily to strengthen my legs at the same time give me some cardio. I put it behind my recliner so I can balance myself on the back of the chair. It is easy to use and easy to adjust the tension. I use the arms tool separately by standing on them hooked together since my balance is not good enough to attach to the stepper. I would recommend this stepper to other seniors with limitations.

I liked that it was reasonable priced. It allows me to get a workout from my home. It is the perfect size. I keep it under my bed. I highly recommend this product.

I enjoy this item, but it is super loud. At first it was quiet, but within the week it started to squeak every time I took a step. The pulley is plastic, and that is what I have discovered squeaks and I can't get it to stop, no matter how many adjustments are done. I bought it to use in my office, so it being loud is very disappointing.

At first, i really enjoyed this compact stepper. At 4200 steps on the counter, it fell apart on me mid stepping. scared me, thank goodness i was near a wall to cat h myself.

I ordered what supposed to be a NEW stepper machine but ending up receiving a machine that looks slightly USED and also refurbished or defected looking. I am not happy with what I spent my money on and I'm looking forward for an exchange of a NEW product or a refund if I'm still not satisfied. I took pictures which shows scratches on both pedals and the gray piece inside the pedal is loose almost as if it was popped out, the metal frames all around the product is scratched and scraped up. There's no clear instructions on how to set up the device, the items in the small zip lock bag included a knob, small wrench, allen key, and some type of small bottle filled halfway with some sort of a liquid inside of it.

I was so excited to get this to start my workout routine. upon arrival I opened the box and it has no hardware to put it together and it's completely missing the digital part that goes on top between the handle. I just don't understand how I bought something new through Walmart and it's missing pieces!!! definitely would like to figure this out because I still would like to get the correct set up so I can properly use this item.

This product is literally useless.  The cable is about an inch too long and there's no way to adjust. When fully seated in the pulley, the pedals are each only about 1 inch from bottom which allows only about a 2 inch upward motion of alternating pedals. This provides NO amount of upward step motion. This is the worst engineering is seen in years. If the cable were one inch shorter, it would be useful. As it is, it's garbage. If you can send me a shorter cable, let me know, otherwise, I'll be returning this to Wal-Mart and leaving this email as a VERY negative review.

This stair stepper seems like it might work ok, but the smell is god awful. It smells like creosote, that stuff they put on rail road ties. It is so strong it makes you eyes burn. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! I am returning this immediately!!!

makes my calves hurt, odd angle, puts more stress on them. Squeaks loudly even after oiling. I'd rather walk in the heat.
