The included instructions left a lot to be desired. I was able to put it together by looking at the picture and using common sense regarding where the bolts should be used. The machine has a solid build and definitely gives a total body workout. I read the reviews before purchasing and decided to order and make my own decision regarding quality. The Rower-Ride I received has absolutely no quality or stability issues. The counter does not work properly but I wasn't interested in having an onboard counter. The counter slides off and I replaced it with a cellphone holder. I love working out on the Rower-Ride. Exceptional value.

Came in before noon, took me 15 minutes to put it together. all the parts are in the box, shipping box was perfect, Can't wait to try it sometime today. Love shopping at Online Walmart. I stopped shopping at Amazon.

The item arrived quicker than I anticipated. I had no broken pieces or issues reader the directions, myself and husband put it together it folded up properly for storage which I loved. I am 5'7 240lbs and it has worked great for me. It's definitely a total body workout. My husband is 5'11 155lbs and also worked for him. Definitely recommend.

arrived in damaged box. the curved bottom that attaches to the legs was badly bent. I had to hammer it back into place so leg base would fit. Then the foot pedals had nuts on ends that were ther for no apparent reason other than I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get them off. then one pedal refused to screw into the bike. another 30 minutes until suddenly with some brute force it started to thread in. The direction start out showing the rower, rider half way assembled with no instructions as to how it got that way. I used the pictures and deduce how it went together. nothing in the instructions tell you how it folds up. Better instructions would reduce assembly time to 30 minutes or less. with all the problems I still was able to get it together in about 2 hours. seems sturdy. I have used a few times and like the work out. the digital counter, speed, timer is worthless. no way to shut off and starts wherever it feels like. overall for $25 its more than worth it. just be prepared for some frustration putting it together.

This item did not come with all the screws nor the bracket to adjust the handlebars with. I found screws to fit, but I have to get the company to send me the other parts.

Not very pleased with the delivery,box messed up, some pieces came open, others was torn open. It doesn't have a lcd and seat open and looked used. It arrived late but that wasn't a big problem, it was the liquid on the tool box, I wiped everything down. There's rattling noise in one of the pieces. I should have read the reviews first but it seemed like a good deal. Really needed the lcd. I did get refunded for my trouble so all is not totally lost.

Honestly it's a death trap, and yall almost had a lawsuit messing around like that, how could y'all possibly sell these damaged items to people, and you know it's bad stock cause I never saw any reviews before, but after I seen two and they both had the same issue as me, I'm a keep it professional and say this, remorse these because it's terrible and the instructions, don't get me started, nothing matched lol, even missing parts that are needed that are supposed to be attached so the machine doesn't warble, those were missing and it was bent at the area you have to move. Be ashamed for making me have to come on here and tell y'all this could have y'all in court

This product is designed for people under 5'4" who weigh well below 200lbs. The model shipped to my apartment was broken--the metal attachment for the hydraulic piston located on the underside of the metal beam that the seat attaches to was bent outward(this is the reason I returned it but not the reason I wouldn't recommend it). The whole device has a less-than-durable design: the foot petal places your feet too close together, the machine's weight tolerance was listed at 308lbs but the seat attaches so cheaply to the metal beam it rests on I don't think it would be safe for a 300lbs person to exercise on it, the main points of attachment on the frame seem cheaply designed and unreliable. Conclusion: there are better designed squat rider machines available that are more expensive...my advice would be to save your money and invest in a better one or be patient and wait for one of the better made squat rider machines to be put on sale.

There was no hardware package included in the box. No bolts, wrench, washers, or nuts. I couldn't find a way to contact the company so I'll have to return the whole thing. colossal waste of resources %26 time.
