Overall machine is good but the installation directions could be better and mine was delivered with wrong parts and had to send it it back but the the staff was kind and courteous and gelpful

I didn't regret buying this multipurpose workout equipment inspite of having a lot of parts to assemble it didn't give me a hard time putting it together. With the price I paid for it's really worth it specially when I started using it which really helped me a lot to develop and form my muscles. Great multipurpose workout equipment I absolutely highly recommend this!

We purchased this and received it very quickly. Many of the reviews state missing parts and complicated assembly, we were lucky and did not have 1 missing part and there are a tone of hardware pieces. This item requires full assembly and will take time but with two people and some organization it was a positive experience. The overall use and appearance of this gym is great for the money.

The instructions were bad, all the hardware had come loose and was everywhere. I am 6'4" tall so when seated to use the butterfly or lat pull down my head hits the top of a support bar. If you are 6'1" or less this shouldn't be a problem for you. With some common sense you can get through the poor directions. It takes about 4-5 hours to put together.

This machine came with a broken weight as well as the handles do not fit and you need excessive strength to bend them to match the space they go in which ironically is why I bought the machine, to build muscle. Plus piece 17 does not go with bolt 55 the bolt it's about a half inch to short to even be possible. All the bolts and washers were open and mixed up and the outside metal mesh cage is crumpled on one end . I still can't put it together all the way without ordering replacement parts which I should not have to deal with. For how much I paid I would expect to at least have it be not broken and able to be put together.

Had it 6 months and parts are breaking, main cable is fraying and the triceps attachment just ripped. Emailed BalanceFrom a month ago about the cable. Initially said they would replace the cable but have not heard from them since. Disappointed in the purchase :(.

The item came with the weights missing. Customer service with Walmart was awful. Walmart.com says you can return the item to the store but you cant. The sustainer service representative in the store and the manager had no idea what to do. The representative on the phone kept saying damaged due to usage and I kept correcting him- no it has missing parts! The packaging it comes in is not strong enough.

There is a lot of missing parts. One very important missing part is the top small weight shown in the picture. There's a lot of missing screws and it was already opened when they delivered the package to my front door. I think the one that they delivered to me was a returned item from another customer. Please don't do that. If your customer paid for a full price don't give us a used ones!

I should have trusted the reviews, 20/20 hindsight, right? A major component was damaged and it appeared to have been damaged, yet packaged anyway. The box did not show any damage. Then, I couldn't get the part replaced! I took it to a metal shop and a very talented metalworker repaired the part. Then, two significant bolts were missing and I've been to Lowe's and Home Depot to find the bolts, and of course, neither of these stores had the bolts - both stores thought that it was a specialized bolt! So, here I am, with what I thought would be the answer to my problems getting to the gym, to instead, having a nightmare that cost me $500 and change.
