Great price, and no issues with quality. They are narrow plates that work fine with my dumbbell and barbell bars. Also easy to grip if using by themselves. With an almost 10” diameter they are not ideal to place on the inside of a dumbbell bar for some exercises so I order my weights with these on the outside to keep them off my wrists. Not my favorite but only a minor inconvenience.

I really like the quality of the weight plates. will definitely be buying more. Only complaint I have is the shipping time, but maybe that was the exception not the norm.

Like others, took 5 days for everything to arrive. shipped in 9 packages. first 7 arrived within 4 days of ordering. everything showed up. good quality plates. barebell received sells individually for what the entire set cost me (bought when it was $199). glad I took the risk and bought when I did.

A lot of people like to stick with brands they like or have used in the past. I'm usually the same way, but when great prices appear, they are hard to pass up. Weights usually run anywhere from $1.50 per pound to $2.00 and higher. I don't think cast iron weights are worth that, so when these were on sale for $1.00 per pound, I think it's a great buy.

Ordered the 1-inch center and got a 2-inch center. Now I need to return.

35 pound plate, 7 ft bar and clips were missing! I unwrapped seven seperate packages only to realize not everything was there. Customer service told me that I had to repackage and return everything, or they would refund $80 of the $200 order back. Cost of the missing items was $100 if ordered from Walmart.com. I didn't want the hassle of repackaging and returning over 200 pound of plates, so I'm just going to apply my $80 refund to another business. I'm really annoyed to have to lose that $20. Customer service rep was at least as helpful as company policy would allow him to be.

Packaged arrived with only weights. The Bar and clips never showed up, just like all the other 1 star comments. It also came without one of the 45lb weights. Just like the other comments, Walmart told me to return all the weights to the store, or schedule a Fed Ex pick up. Not worth the 2 week wait to find pieces missing.

Product shipped with a standard 10 pound plate rather than an olympic 10 pound plate. Additionally, it was missing the clips. Rather than issue a credit or send a replacement part, Walmart said I would need to return the entire 300-pound set for a refund.

I purchased this weight set through Walmart.com. It was delivered without the bar or clasps. Walmart gave me BalanceFrom's phone number and told me I have to resolve it through them. BalanceFrom's phone number goes straight to voicemail and it is full and does not let me leave a message. I sent a message through their customer support page and received an email that says due to this time of year I should not expect a response for at least two weeks. BalanceForm is unable to provide timely customer support to help me resolve the issue I have with the Christmas gift I purchased until sometime after Christmas. Now I have to return 300 lbs of weights and try to buy something on short notice somewhere else. Walmart and BalanceForm dropped the ball on this big time. Walmart also does not make it clear when you order something on their website that they have put together a 'market place' and they will be unable to resolve issues with the products you purchase. I suggest everyone just stick to Amazon.
