Ball Honeybee Keepsake Mason Jars with Lids and Bands, Regular Mouth, 16 Oz Pint Jars, 4-Pack

I'm a beekeper %26 bought these jars to fill with my honey to give away as presents to family/friends. The decorative "bee" on the jar is a great look as you can see in the attached pic that shows a jar filled with dark honey. The slightly over $7 each total cost/jar is significantly more than a plain jar but I think it adds some flair to the honey.

This particular design, with the honeybees, is super cute and will be a cute addition to a floral craft I'm teaching. I'll be making homemade bee embossed flower frogs for mason jars floral arrangements. I'm giving one jar as a prize. On a practical note, I am canning homemade jams in the others. They seem to be working great.

Love these mason jars... can use for many food items storage from drinks, soups, to many other items. Getting rid of plastic containers which are shone too be harmful. Feel much safer with glass.

I love the design. Plan on using them in our pantry for items once opened. I wish Ball would make a matching one in a 32 ounce jar with wide mouth for larger pantry needs. Great design and quality.

beautiful jars

These honeybee print canning jars are adorable, My daughter in law will love them, Ball sells a wooden lid , These jars would look beautiful full of honey with that lid.

The jars themselves are lovely, of course. It's the packing that is the problem. It's not rocket science to know that when shipping GLASS jars to wrap them in some way. 3 times I ordered these and all 3 weren't wrapped in anything at all resulting in damage to the jars being banged around. Its crazy to think that some human, somewhere, its just throwing glass jars in a box to be shipped and giving it no thoughts. There's no way Wal-Mart will ever compete with Amazon if they are hiring people that dumb.

When i asked for a replacement they would not give it to me at the same price. I had to wait 5 days to let Walmart know that "no, they had NOT been delivered." They were not in the photo delivery person took. i tride to pre-order them, they were 3 TIMES the price i had originally ordered and did NOT receive. Walmart is not the same.
