Ball On Stand Fountain With Led Lights

These arrived so fast. I was so excited I had to open and assemble them right away. Assembly was easy and they are very light so I didn't need any help. They look like natural stone and are SO beautiful! I LOVE them!

This was picture perfect online, but the reality is that its a cheap plastic knock-off of a nice concrete one. It was overpriced for what it is.

Do not buy this product! To assemble this product, you have to string an electric cord thru a rubber stopper. Take a look at the pictures, there was a zip tie around the hole. I called customer service and talked to a very nice person named Rosie. She asked me to send pictures - I did, and she said "Oh, you have to take that zip tie off!!" So I carefully cut it off, and forced the wire through the hole in the stopper. So far, so good. Then, the instructions say to attach the pump to the large hose going to the top of the sphere, so that the water in the basket flows over the sphere. The pump has rubber suction cups designed to hold the pump to the bottom of the water basket. When I attached the hose, I found that it was not long enough to allow the pump to sit at the bottom of the water basket. The pump would just sit suspended in the water. I called customer service, and a nice person named Stephanie told me "that's no big deal, just let it sit in the water, suspended like that". That was the last straw - I packed the thing back up and brought it back to Walmart. By the way, the return process through Walmart was easy. You just go online and print out a return barcode, carefully repack the item and secure it for shipping. You go to Walmart, they print out a FedEx shipping label, and you bring it to the FedEx store right in the same building. FedEx was very nice, and I got confirmation of my return and a full refund in 6 days. Sorry about the long review, but I want everyone to know about this terrible product. And, about the good customer service I received from Walmart.

The fountain is very light weight and feels cheap. It arrived damaged so I had to return it. Not worth the money.
