Let's get one thing straight right now: these are not for hot dogs. I don't care what kind of rule-breaking chaos is happening at your cookout — these buns are built for burgers and burgers only. Respect the architecture. These Tailgaters are extra large, which means your burgers can finally live their truth. Double patties? Go for it. Thick slices of cheddar? Absolutely. A proud stack of tomato, onion, and avocado? Bring it. These buns are structurally prepared. The texture is soft but sturdy — no collapsing under pressure when the juices start flowing. They hold together through enthusiastic bites, backyard debates about charcoal vs. propane, and that one uncle who builds “just one more” burger that weighs three pounds. They toast up beautifully, too. Lightly crisp on the inside, fluffy on the outside. The kind of bun that says, “Yes, this is a proper burger situation.” And the vibe? Pure weekend. Lawn chairs out. Grill sizzling. Kids running around. Good spirits all around. Someone's arguing about music. Someone else is asking where the ketchup went. It's the size I was looking for. I got that in my favorite brand, "Ball park".. I love the taste of all the Ball Park bun's, and will choose that brand over other's as long as I have that choice. The flavor makes any hamburger or tuna salad etc., "better". I use their hot dog buns also for that same reason.

Unlike the last hamburger buns I bought, you don't have to worry about burgers overlapping these buns unless you eat huge burgers. However, even though not stale, the buns don't look very fresh. But since I always toast buns anyway, it doesn't matter in my case.

The taste and texture of the buns makes them a great bang for the buck, especially when I have a craving for a hamburger. The slices are just the right size.

It is Dec. 17th-I got a bun out and it was molded. Was supposed to be fresh till Dec. 25. No excuse!

I think this is a bug of some sort it was soft I smashed it

dry to the taste and 4 buns broke right down the middle just handling them normally.. this is the second time that I bought these bigger buns from ballpark and I won't buy it again and I should have returned forgotten credit for the first batch that was too late for that but I'm sure going to get credit for this one cuz these are trash buns it's got to be something better

The buns were ripped across the top. So they dried out before I got to them also I never heard them knock. So everything thawed out milk was warm in fact every thing was warm My hot dog buns and 3 cans of dog food weren't added.

The cut on top of the vein is wayyyy too deep. Top bun is in 3 pieces and sandwich falls apart. Have purchased a few packages and all are the same. Last time for me.
