Balloon Animals Two Tier Cake

Very happy with how my cake turned out. Great flavor great texture not dry at all exactly what I asked for when I ordered it. it was a huge hit and one of a kind cake. Thank you so much. You definitely made my daughter special day.

I ordered this cake for my 6 year old's party. The decorations looked pretty amateur, and the writing was not super legible, but ultimately it was cute, my kid was happy, and it tasted great.

It was for my daughters 7th birthday and they put 10th birthday on the cake

Our cake was the wrong color and did not match the product photo. The cake we received was a teal blue instead of white. The color of the frosting also did not match the photo and was a dark navy blue. The banding around the base was misaligned and cut jaggedly; an extra band of frosting was used to try to cover up the mistake The top tier of the cake was slumped to one side upon pickup, a thick layer of extra frosting was applied to try to mask the mistake. The frosting balloons also did not match the photo and were clearly a made with minimal effort or care for appearance looking like random misshapen blobs in random colors. I did not have time to bother with a return or replacement. I don't mind paying for quality work, for a cake costing nearly $80 I would expect a result that looks better than my children could produce unsupervised and for under $5. To be clear this what the state of the cake upon pickup, party was starting in under an hour and we needed to finish prepping for guests, there wasn't time to deal with a replacement. This was a big disappointment.

Came to pick up the cake and it wasn't here . I paid 74 dollars for a custom cake for my daughters 6th birthday and they have no way to provide me a cake

They accepted order and canceled my order the day of pick up!
