It arrived before Tom very nice box clear instructions, but did not set up the way. The picture described had difficulties with the arch standing on its own. It had to be propped against something. I kind of feel like it's overpriced because it doesn't do what the picture describes. I also had to buy other balloons and accessories to blend in and help it to stand. Actually, it's a great product. It just needs some tweaks and torques done to it. The water bags are not as heavy as they should be to hold the PC pipe in order for the arch to stay in place but all in all we bought it and one was finished with it we wrote it away. It wasn't worth saving, but still makes a pretty declaration.

I was hesitant on thinking this would be as described for the price, but it is what I was needing for a backdrop for my upcoming baby shower. Very tall and perfectly round and light weight, but we're using it inside and not putting much weight on it, so not sure how well it stands up against weight or wind (even though it comes with water weigh bags).

easy to set up and use. you will need an electric air pump and weights as it is very top heavy once filled. i alsohad to duct tape the base and rod together for more stability. then feed the balloons down from the top. Served its purpose and have used twice already. not bad for the cost.

When we were assembling the holder for shaft for balloons crack and broke on both rods. So had to invent something to hold rods up. Would not recommend this product

Worked okay for my daughters birthday party. A few pieces didn't fit together like the top balloon holder into the flexible piece but we taped it on and it did what it was supposed to do.

OK for inside occasions. Like up against a wall. Not sturdy enough if standing alone. The metal is a little too bendy.

The base would not hold up the poles , even with the base support. The plastic base broke before trying to attach the balloons. I was very disappointed and would not recommend. Had it not been broken I would have sent back the pieces for a refund.

I bought this to use for my son‘s graduation party, and when I set it up to start doing the balloon arch, the weighted bag popped. It didn't want to stand. I had to get fishing wire and tie the pole to a door hinge to make it stand, just not worth your money.!!

The bendable tubes do not bend very well, have creases if you try shaping, very difficult to put back in box and will not stay in stands. The connector pieces are not what is listed and are too small. Arch is not as tall as it states and I would not recommend buying.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Missing MANY parts that should have been included according to the package list and instructions. Instructions are very inadequate.
