I needed a mantle skirt to cover my stocking holders. All the standard ones were too long. I found this and it worked perfectly. I folded the back lace part under so the burlap part butted up perfectly to the brick. The length of the lace covered exactly what I wanted. I cut off a couple of feet to match the length of my mantle and used the cut off part as a mat on my coffee table. Both look great! Great price and exactly what I wanted.

I ordered this last second in the hopes that it would come in on time. It did, and I'm so happy. Without this order, my wedding wouldn't have been nearly as nice. The quality was great, and it all looked great too! I super loved this table runner.

It's a very nice piece. It's a light color burlap and as mentioned in others reviews the lace doesn't pop on a white table cloth but it's a great piece for the price. If you have the right table cloth color your going to love it.

For the price, this table runner can't be beat. Perfect for our rustic wedding rehearsal dinner. Delivery was actually 2 days early!

For the price, these can't be beat. The burlap is a very, very light colored burlap. It almost has a very pale yellow hue to it. It's not the normal colored, a bit darker color of burlap most people are use to. I was going to make all the runners for my son's wedding, but when I found these, I ordered just one, just to check them out first before I ordered the other 16. I showed it to my DIL to be, and she was thrilled with them. With the lace on the outside instead of running down the middle, you can't really use white tablecloths underneath as you lose the look of the lace. No matter, we will be switching to an ivory color instead. With the slight yellow tinge with the burlap, you will need to be careful of the table cloth underneath. Pink looked nice as did blue, but that's not what DIL wanted. Like I said, I was going to make them for her, but at this price, I couldn't make them any cheaper than what I bought them for. The first one took about a week and a half to get here. When I ordered the other 16, they came the very next day. I'm very happy with this purchase. We are going to use these on round tables so they are too long, but since the ends are not finished, I'm just going to cut them down. Couldn't be simpler. If you're trying to save some money, use these.

Really cheap looking, very thin!

It looks beautiful in the package; however, when you take it out the burlap won't lay flat because the lace was sewn on too tightly. The lace was ripped and poorly stitched back together. This was too unsightly to have at a wedding reception or any party.
