This is a very nice couch and makes our living room feel nice. The pull out part to convert to a bed simple and easy.

Memory form is not really memory foam. Several metal areas of the frame came damaged. Pulling out the metal to turn into the queen bed is not as smooth as others on the market. Was under the impression it would be better since these types of furniture pieces have been around for yrs now. It has potential but sleeping on the “memory form” is as comfortable as sleeping on bedrock. Actually if your rooms have rug that would be more comfortable. I've had many memory foam mattresses throughout the years and I'm literally buying a memory foam 3inch pad to replace the sponge foam that comes in cushions. For the price if you can add $200 more, you can buy a queen size pullout sofa with a real mattress that would feel 100x better. However if your a person that LOVES Extra Firm beds with now cushion that this could work for you.

I want to return it. It is still in its unopened box. Walmart can't because of 3rd party issue. I'm screwed for $300.00 dollars. I guess I won't buy from Walmart anymore. SORRY!

For the money for this thing, it is very flimsy. I don't like it. The cushions do not sit like they're supposed to the picture is deceiving. They are flat and will not fluff up the couch. Pull out. Loveseat is horrible. I really do not like this thing I would like my money back and a box to return this. It is awful. I'm going to pay almost $500 for something it should be built better. The cushions are just horrible. The sides of it are horrible. It's paper thin.

Product is not worth all that money. and to return it its giving me a hard time. still no answer and Walmart wont return it.

Not what expected, never put together, still in box.

I have arrived. Damage is been very difficult to get any resolution to this situation.
