it all came in a much smaller box than i expected, and had ordered 2. when opening up the first one i was shocked at how small it looked... but after opening and letting it re-expand it was a good size and comfortable for me, a 245 lb male, 5'9" to sit on/lay on, although i wouldnt use it as a bed all the time if you're thinking of a Futon replacement. its comfortable enough if you dont mind your feet hanging off a little, but as a chair/game room addition it rocks, and now if a friend gets tired or when falls asleep watching movies, at least they wont wake up sore. one cushion has a strap to keep it together with the couch, and the other cushion just sets on that to make the "back" of the seat/headrest for the lounge mode. super comfortable, its just like what you always WISHED a bean bag chair would be like as a kid, simply one comfy foam lounge option that doesnt hurt your back or sink into the floor after a couple hours.

The product was the wrong size. It was supposed to be 50” x 36” inches and it was 28” x 30”. It was supposed to be the size of a loveseat to fit two people. It was the wrong color the wrong size and literally is sinking in when you sit on it very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this product to anybody. They should burn it. I lost $129 total and when I tried to get a refund, nobody would contact me and then I see on the paperwork in the box stating that you get a partly refund, but then you gotta ship it back with your own money that makes no sense.
