Fabulous!
I love this brand of hair care. The volume being my favorite. I have fine hair, but there is a lot of it, and it lays much like silk does. My hair looks and feels wonderful, and the fragrance is perfect. Lots of volume!

Less than desired
Nearly impossible to open the cap. I finally tried it with a knife. The results of the conditioner on my clean hair were not as desired. It was very drying to my hair.

Item received was cracked and leaking in the paper Walmart mailer. I got as much as I could out of the bottle into another container which was no easy task. I would like a refund.
