For $50 this came scratched and with a glue smudge on it, which I don't think for the price it should.. .

The item definitely holds smells inside and looks good; however, the handle broke within one month. I was saddened.

Cracked right down the side

We used our composter happily for about 16 months. Then, a couple of weeks ago, when I was in the next room, I heard a very loud bang that came from the kitchen. Upon inspection I found that my Bamboozle composter had cracked in half. We have never dropped this item or placed it in the dishwasher, and due to logistics, do not use it in the winter months. This thing was tenderly cared for. I looked at the Big Daddy of online retailers, to see if this happened to others, and found many reviews with photos, of the exact same occurrence. Obviously this is a design flaw. I contacted Bamboozle, and Sam in customer service said that they only back their products for one year, but did thank me for being a loyal customer (I had also bought one as a gift.) Well, I feel Bamboozled (defined as trickery or deceit) because the company continues to sell the product knowing that it may not hold up over routine light use. So, how to I compost my useless compost bin, exactly? There are no bad reviews on this website. Why is that?
