Very high-quality, chef style knife!
I think this knife is amazing… The quality is so much better than even much higher priced knives. The handle has a great feel and no slippage. The blade itself is very firm, no wiggling at all. A perfect length for cutting a whole loaf of bread or even just a bagel.

Long lasting, stays sharp, ergonomic shape!
This blade is great when you want to cut bread or firm vegetables. Very sharp out of the box, handle is great, and it does what is expected. Sometimes I am lazy and just want to toss things into the dishwasher so I bought this based on price. I figured that after 3-6 months I could just replace it. A year in, going strong and sharp given all the Italian food we eat on the daily. I didn't think I would be bragging about a no-frills knife and yet here we are!

A good quality knife, which , has a surprisingly heavy and sturdy construction with a very sharp serated edge. Good bread knife!

Not only is this knife sharp, it is stable when slicing. I use it for everything from angel food cake to my sourdough loaves.
