Wound pad too small for an extra large bandage Have a wound that pad does not cover completly and pulls skin off wound

Not as described
Said that the center gel part was for burns and not sticky. Its very sticky and not good for burns. We had already opened the package and the pad so we can't return and they are not cheap

Damaged opened box with 2 of 5 items missing.
I really needed this box of 5 special wound protection/healing bandages. The out delivery bag was in perfect condition. However the actual box of bandages was opened and 2 of 5 bandages were missing. Can I even trust that the remaining 3 are even sterile? I had no choice but to use 2 of the dressings to cover the skin breakdowns but EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY CONTROL. At a minimum I want a full refund of the purchase price.
