A must for all your first aid kits

B March 22, 2026

Good bargain for BZK, and in a convenient, slim pour bottle; from a quality brand. I don't understand why people expect the 2% lidocaine to numb like pre-suture E.R. injections…but for kiddos scrapes and minor cuts; it and the low to no sting BZK is always great choice and promotes better healing than alcohol or peroxide for everyone. A must for all your first aid kits for flushing minor wounds, And with an affordable 6oz, bottle you can grab a few …or just transfer some into some smaller empty (alcohol rinsed %26 dried) spray or swueeze hand sanitizer bottles and save space while always having some fresh and unexpired on hand, while saving a little cash.

Good addition to a first aid kit

James March 19, 2026

This product is cheaper than the pressurized saline wound rinses and the bottle is recyclable. It has a simple squirt hole in the cap so it will never go flat from a lack of propellant. It also has some lidocaine for reducing pain, which the saline sprays do not have. The shelf life is several years. This is better than using only tap water to cleanse a wound, a really dirty wound might need to be tap rinsed first, then use this squeeze bottle to direct a thin stream to finish the job while reducing pain and adding antiseptic to the wound. Depending on how dirty the wound was, I might still apply some antibiotic cream after drying and before bandaging. I think this product is especially worth while to carry in first aid kits which might be used away from easy access to tap water.

Get U Sum

Once upon a time I got this paper cut that was burning 🔥 %26 wouldn't stop. I then ran a rossthis wonderful relieving stuff and just like that it was gone 💨… Needless to say I still had a cut but o more burning pain and next day it look like it was even healing. One must keep such an item around for all those oops moments in time cause 😳 it was really refreshingly relieved with the quickness. Shocked but so glad technology is moving and grooving to aid us through life…

this antiseptic is better than others because it also has pain relief which is really great when you have to clean a wound. The pain relief kicks in about 1 second after ouch-y - and then lasts quite a while. So, for children, be aware that there's going to be an immediate reaction and then immediately go away.

When your top priority is preventing infection

Jesse July 14, 2025

I bought this as an antiseptic for a wound post stitches removal that refused to heal because I followed doctor's orders - kept it moist, polysporin on it and covered. Where did that get me? A wound that pulled apart from prior stitches and REFUSED to heal. My wound was staying too moist so I did the opposite as doc recommended - uncovered, dry and applied Bandaid Antiseptic so my waterlogged open wound could finally heal.

I wish it came with pads to clean. I bought this because of the lidocaine pain relief . I have two large open wounds and this product keeps them clean and helps with pain relief. I'm surprised it didn't cost more because of the effectiveness of the item.

Works Very Well and No Sting

Mia April 27, 2025

Great stuff! I was a little leery at first but didn't think a doctors visit was warranted. A little on a cotton ball 3 times a day and a cut has finally healed. I wis or local Walmart stocked this item.
