Timing was abit off but got the package with no damage or markings

Sent a damaged item/Horrible customer service
After I placed the order I called customer service and I also sent them an email asking them to please package the item with extra bubble wrap so it won't get damaged along the way which was guaranteed I would get a brand new undamaged item. They lied to me and they still sent me a damaged item and they didnt even send any thpe of wrapping. So disappointed and customers service acting like they dont know what happened nor tried to fix the situation. DONT BUY
