Love the Banquet meals, especially at the Walmart price. Backyard BBQ is a tasty boneless-pork with a tangy BBQ sauce that's not a too-spicy sauce. Comes w/corn and mash, no useless "dessert" portion.

WHAT A SURPRISE THESE WERE,OF COURSE THEY ARE NOT REAL RIBS OR THE RIBS THAT I WANT TO ENJOY BU T THE TASTE OF TH ESE AND THE TEXTURE WERE GREAT. AND THE PRICE UNBELIEVABLE AT BELOW $3.00. I USUALLY ORDER TEN OF THESE, BUT THEY WERE OUT OF SOME;. BUT GET THEM WHEN YOU SEE THEM AS THEY ARE EASY TO MICROWAVE AND ADD A BIT OF SALT AND PEPPER TO THE CORN AND POTATOES AND YOU ARE IN QUICK FIX MICROWAVE HEAVEN GREAT FOR EASY FIX FOR CHILDREN AND FOR SINGLE ADULTS. I ASKED THE COMPANY IF THEY MADE LARGER "he man " SIZES, BUT THEY SAID NOT YET.

I'm a retired widow and I don't always want to cook for myself alone so I enjoy the ease in preparation and the taiste of the TV dinners I buy at Walmart. I can find a variety and price I can live with. i would recommend them to anyone who wants a quick easy meal on a evening alone.

These Backyard BBQ meals are absolutely a go-to for me! The heavenly-dripped sauce splashed over the downhome goodness in that plastic carton provides the meat, the mashed taters, and the corn my soul has been longing for! Don't delay. They Say it Tastes Like The Popular Sandwich Sold In Restaurants Once A Year. Myself I Like To Have The Entire Meal When I Am In A Hurry And Want A Quick Bite. I Highly Recommend .

I like this, it has great flavor but I wish it had 2 pieces of meat. I'd pay extra for 2 pieces of meat. The corn and potatoes are really good. The meat is tasty, the BBQ sauce is smokey and a little sweet but it's nice. Sometimes I put the meat patty in a bun or between bread and I like that.

I have avoided buying these Banquet meals for many years because the quality was so poor, but this company has made some positive improvements to their frozen meals. The texture of the meat is a slightly tough but the flavor is good. The sauce is very pleasant. It's my favorite part. The potatoes have finally been thickened and are now edible. Hint: add a little pat of good quality butter and some black pepper and it greatly improves the flavor profile. The corn is still a little bit chewy and could still be improved using a higher quality corn, but it does taste good with a pat of butter and a pinch of salt. I can finally stock my freezer for some quick Banquet microwave meals once again.

I would suggest using cold bags to deliver refrigerated %26 freezer items since other stops are made before delivery is made since my cold items are warm when delivered so for safety I am disappointed that the cold bags are not used. I would gladly pay a fee for the bag so that my items are safe to eat. Thanks for allowing me to speak to my concerns. The cold items received with each delivery are warm when received, and I take the items inside and put in frig or freezer immediately when received.

This meal is one of my guilty pleasures. No it's not all that healthy but, you know, every once in a while you have to rebel! I eat it for dinner along with some additional veggies and maybe a dinner roll. The texture of the meat is very similar to a "McRib" if you've ever had one. It's tasty, with its "barbecue sauce" not being too sweet (I really dislike how most sauces are so sweet, plus that's just more sugar). The potatoes can get a little gummy if you overheat the meal in your microwave, but I put a little salt and pepper on them (and over the corn) and it's all decent. Yummy quick meal!

I know these arent on my "healthiest choices" list but Im addicted to these!! Its so good hot! The corn is nice and sweet, if you stop it half way and stir the potatoes. then put it back in, the potatoes actually come out better. They taste like that McDonald's McRib sandwich i used to really like!! theyre a little higher in sodium than my nurse likes but i really like the flavor!!
