Nice piece of equipment for the price. Much easier to assemble that I had expected, and easy to use. That being said, I'm on the smaller side for height and weight. For someone particularly tall this might be hard to use, and for heavier people his may not be as sturdy as they'd like. I'm very happy with it.

Easy to assemble but the metal is very think if you over tighten metal bends (sinks in). One part did have have a defect looks like someone forgot to weld a spot. Which it had wheels to move easier. But not bad for price

It’s sturdy and well made but much taller in height than expect. So if you are petite it may be just too big for you.

i think for what it is its ok. i basically use it as a roman chair, its not comfortable at all for side bends. makes a good preacher curl bench, and the decline is ok for extra stretch on triceps extensions. overall a decent adjustable flat bench is more comfortable for the most basic excersizes in my opinion.
