At first glance, the item appears to be durable. I originally purchased other exercise equipment for weight loss and to build muscle, but due to reviews with the other items especially concerns with commonly more harmed than benefit, someone advised investing in and an adjustable weight belt. I proceeded to do so with this company due to a lower price. Being under the weather recently, I have yet to use it..

very easy to put on %26 easy to remove. The weight on my upper body helps with the discomfort in my lower back %26 legs. I will continue to monitor for other advantages.

its easy to put on and has a cool pocket for the phone. i just dont like it that there is no way to add additional weight if there was ever a want. snug fitting and comfortable. have done a 2 mile walk with it easily offering a bit of a challenge.

2 straps on chest and aroubd breast, such a good plus. i wouldn't trust putting your phone on the back if youre running but walking is perfect. the shoulders didnt hurt too much and i think its nice for women with big breast!

I am 79. Not sure if this is too heavy for me. So I will return it. Sorry. It’s good quality. Meant for a young whipper snapper. Lol.
