The shelves are very thin wire welded, they will not last long, already bending with only a light diaper bag on the top shelf. Otherwise it is a tiny bit wobbly with 4-5 light jackets. (Womens medium/large size spring jackets, no heavy winter jackets.) I used 2 hooks per purse bag, so I also have 2 small bags hanging and 1 small purse, all under 5-8lbs. All in all, spend $10 or so more and buy something more sturdy.

i like the fact that it helps with space saving, but i dislike that it sags with weight on it which makes it pull away from the wall and in doing so appears slighty tacky in my opinion.

I bought this because I wanted something that would fit in a specific area in my laundry room (not my hallway) and it does fit in the space I needed it for, but I guess I was thinking it was a little taller (I read the width didn't really check height), but that's not the issue. Assembly was easy (I barely needed instructions but I have seen some had issues). The top half is great. I wanted to hang clothing hangers so I could pull clothes out of the dryer and put them immediately onto the hangers. I was planning on putting my bleach, woolite, and vinegar on the shelves but this is there the problem has come in. The shelves are nearly USELESS. They are SO flimsy. No where on the listing does it mention weight limit. Basket with hand towels, sure, bottle of detergent, no. And I planned on putting our reusable grocery bags on the hooks, but the space between then hanging bar and the hooks bar is SO CLOSE that this is really difficult when I have hangers on the bar. This seems to be an oversight of the manufacturer. I'd never be able to hang anything on the hooks while there are hangers on the bar. I'm going to have to move or remove the hangers any time I need to access my bags. You get what you pay for I guess...

I understand that there are more expensive hall/tree coat racks, you definitely get what you pay for with this one. It will work for now. I got the black version- be warned the end caps are light gray, NOT black as shown in the picture. I guess you can build it and not put them on…

I purchased this item intending to use it in an entryway to organize adult items. It is not tall enough to accommodate adult length coats. The picture is misleading. When it came to assembly, none of the pieces were labeled. Directions referred to parts A-G but they weren't marked and the illustrations did not show screw holes on the items. Two screws necessary for assembly were omitted. If you are fortunate enough to find all the necessary hardware in your box, this would possibly work for a child's room or closet. Overall I don't recommend.

came in bent by the delivery guy dropping on a step it was tilted on. so glad he saved me time, the item was bent and if it would not take bei g dropped on a qtep it would not hold up to wet ski pa ts and snow sho eling clothes.

HORRIBLE!!!! never purchase this unless you want only one coat on there and only tennis shoes or sneakers no heels or anything.... barely fits shoes in there in general cuz of all the coats above it its impossible to havs shoes on there.. its crap quality do not buy this

Beware, it's cheap for a reason. I purchased this to organize and area. But the pieces don't have the screw holes needed to screw it together. Only 1 piece had it. All the pieces were there, but you can't assemble it because there are no screw holes.

Was not easy easy to put together but once together holds barely any weight immediately starts to bend and snap also there’s nothing clicking and holding the top to the bottom it’s just compression fitting. A total waste of money if you need it to function rather than looks

This is junk in the photo it looks larger all of the rods and pipes are smaller than a pinky didn't send all the foot ends and why white ends when the item is black flimsy sways falls over if you try to hang anything on it
