Loooove this thing! Perfect for my space. Unfortunately, the only light is white! Not sure why colors aren't changing.
This was a great entry level home sauna, however the advertised RBG lights (in multiple colors) is not working. We inspected every aspect of the machine and we aren't able to use the multi colored LED feature. This is a manufacturer's issue and I'll be following up with the vendor and WM to resolve. Outside of this the machine works well, all components work and we are happy with our purchase. I can't give it higher than 3 due to the lights - I wanted the red light, and if a feature isn't working that is advertised that is indeed an issue.
The item came a day later holding me up waiting to receive it. The was damaged during shipping. It was smaller than why I had expected. It was very difficult to assemble with the notch and groove connection.
Product came damaged, specifically the P9 door frame. Also, the Chromotherapy lights do not work. I've reached out to the manufacturer but have not heard back.
