Gets cold fast. Very heavy (didn't realize how heavy it would be so use two people to install!) fantastic purchase for the price.

We have users AC in the living room.Not only cooling down the living room, but my kitchen as well.Very nice! It also connects to a wifi app of my phone , for very easy to operate usage. Absolutely love it highly recommend. And it's nice that it stands away from the house.So any condensation that happens leaks away from the house.

Absolutely love this air conditioner! It works great and was surprisingly easy to install. One of my favorite things about it is the design. It doesn't take up nearly the entire window like most traditional window units, so you still get plenty of natural light and can actually enjoy your window. It cools the room really well, looks clean and modern, and has been easy to use. Definitely a great purchase and well worth the money. Five stars from me, and I highly recommend it!

This was the best idea I had! Easy installation cools quickly and keeps temperature all day long. Not to mention it's very quiet! Definitely a must have !

It works and cools really well. The instructions are garbage, especially when it comes to the wifi and such. I was able to get it to connect but the app only really worked the 1st day I set it up and since then the app won't even connect to it. The remote seems to work, I sit primarily to the left of the unit on the diagonal and I have to stretch forward more towards the center of the unit for the remote to work and the remote does not come with batteries. I was going to give 3 stars but the unit does work and cool very well, my only complaints are about features, tho this morning it did change modes by itself but it's only happened the once so I can only speculate as to why it happened.

Downloaded the app the wifi button on the AC doesn't work and not blowing out cool air don't know if something happened to it during delivery plan on returning it

cannot connect with wifi, runs all day an will not cool 350 sq ft room,have to drain water from the unit very often. wasn't a bad deal just did not live up to it's previews. I am returning it in the next day or 2.I am disabled an require help.

The app Keeps going in and out with working.I have to literally delete the app and re download it to make it work. And also, the check filter light keeps coming on.But the filter is not really dirty. Kind of disappointed in the app the most. Because that's why I bought it.
