BaPiPro 12000 BTU 4-in-1 Smart Portable Air Conditioner, Standing Cooling & Heating Unit with Remote Control, Cooling, Heating, Dehumidifier & Fan Functions, 55dB Quiet Operation for Indoor Spaces

This portable AC works great. It cools the room quickly and the heating function is also very useful. The unit is easy to move and simple to install. Noise level is acceptable and the room becomes comfortable fast. Great value for the price, very satisfied with this purchase.

I'm very happy with this air conditioner! It comes with wheels, making it easy to move around the house, and the remote control adds extra convenience. The cooling power is impressive—it cools the air quickly and efficiently. It was also packaged very securely, and I had no issues during transportation. Great value for the price! The item looks like in the photos. Good sized, good power for a room. It has fan functionality and AC plus silent model

I've had it installed for about a week, the setup took about 10-15 minutes. The piece that fits into the window isn't super snug but I'm not sure if that's a function of most portable units. The noise can be loud as other reviews have mentioned but it has kept my space (roughly 400-500 sqft) a consistent temperature.

Easy to install. I like the added heat ability. My old unit was just for AC! Even though i have it in a larger room, it still heats and cools efficiently!

within 10 minutes of plugging this in in my bedroom it started to cool it down right away I think it's really good as long as it lasts a few years it's going to be worth the money

I bought this for my grandson and he likes it a lot. The only problem we've had with it is the. Exhaust tube keeps coming loose. Duct tape took care of the problem, but that is something that probably should be addressed overall it's an excellent product.

I just now received it today I haven't really had a chance to do anything with it and also I want to check it out when the weather be like at 85 90° outside

The item has 2 drain locations and the inconvenience of constantly having to drain the bottom drain plug causes leaks if unattended. It's quiet but not worth having to drain it every 2 hours. Also the main top drain fills a gallon bucket within 2 hours as well. You have to leave a bucket behind the air conditioner to catch the water and is a major eye sore. Not great for everyday home use but would be good for camping. I don't recommend for everyday home use.

This unit arrived broken and damaged. The driver made sure to set it down in a way that hid this damage until my wife went to pick it up and it nearly fell out from the bottom of the box. Can't use the unit because the bottom is so badly broken. The condensate line was crushed. Now Walmart is telling me this unit is not available for refund! What a racket? Sell me broken merchandise and then tell me I can't return it? Useless. Pointless. Embarrassing. Last item I will be buying from this company. This is the second time that Walmart has stolen money from me. You'd think I would learn.

I turned it on once and got a FT error (full tank) after 20 minutes. The water collection tank is empty. I tried draining the empty tank. The unit doesn't work or is defective.
