I was surprised they taste really good. Great for sandwiches I even added it to my grilled cheese sandwich.. I even fried it with the cheese on it then put it on bread and finished the grilled cheese sandwich.. Once again best part they are only $1.97.
Bar-S Classic Bologna was what I ordered because it was a less expensive "thin" cut bologna that was available. It is packaged well and easy to open and the slices have the red band to remove like the thin slices do. I just personally don't care for the taste of this brand as well as I do the Gwaltney Original Chicken Bologna but that is just my own personal taste preference. This one is not bad and I do like it was not a thick cut.
I know some people don't care for bologna. If you have never tried it I think you should and then decide if you like it. It is less expensive than some lunchmeats. I love fried bologna sandwiches,
Bar-S Classic Bologna, Sliced Deli Lunch Meat, is wonderful for a light meal at lunchtime. Just thick enough to make extra slices unnecessary and can be included in my diet.
Great taste and flavor right size cut you can fry in a pan with butter toast a roll it's delicious many other recipes you can use salads eggs,,gravy or frying pan with onions it brings out the flavor even more
I did not order this product but it won't go to waste teehee. was just ordering cat food products this time n was my first time ordering with the app🖖 in ✌️😎👍
this product if you're looking for a cheap and quick and easy little girl together or even the throwing a pan and Friday in the mornings with some eggs is very good recommended
It's bologna. If you like bologna, it's pretty good. Most of the more expensive deli bologna is too salty or has too much garlic. Bar-S is great with some slices of Great Value sharp cheddar cheese. Tried the beef Bar S but had too much cloves or aromatic (perfumy) smell/spice/herbs.
I usually order only Oscar Mayer but out of stock so I selected this Bar S brand. I haven't had to eat this brand in decades and I forgot just how mushy, smelly and bad it tastes. I want ever get this brand again. But alls not lost... my dog will eat it for treats 😆
I haven't had bologna in years, probably since 2016. I had an odd craving for it recently so I bought it. I open up the bologna and I see little tiny holes that are uncomfortable to look at. I immediately get the ick. I'm like well at least I should try it and oh my gosh it was slimey and the taste was odd. It didn't taste like I remember it and like of course after 10 years food changes and your taste buds change but it's a no for me. It smelled like dog food and probably even tasted like dog food.
