It truely is a bible on grilling! Love it. Only wish it had a few more pictures but it is what I was looking for, a variety of flavors above the average barbecue recipes.

A great book to guide any level from a first time home cook to a well seasoned pitmaster. This book is a great reference and tool.

Purchased as a gift
I gave this book to my husband for father's day....he likes it! he doesn't usually cook or use cook books, but he loves to experiment with the grill...he's already used four recipes...and they've been delicious! Good pics, too.

Reichlen rocks!
I've been watching Steve Reichlen's BBQ Univ. show on WCVE Create and couldn't decide which of his books (I only wanted one concise book for BBqing) and when I saw that Walmart had these on on-line order availability I thought, sure! why not! Well even thought I had to wait a couple of weeks, no prob. It still saved me $9.00! That's a 1/2 gas fill-up for me. Thanks!
