Barbie (2023) (DVD) Starring Margot Robbie & Ryan Gosling

Loved most of the Barbie 2024 movie except the last line. Thought the acting, costumes`%26 set was good, cute, entertaining. Played mostly late nights at local theatre when this movie should have been geared to young girls. Don't understand the logic.

Received my dvd today, it was shipped in a bubble mailer thankfully it come in without damage, loved the movie , it played perfectly, will say the dvd case it's self is very thin and flimsy but most are now days but other then that I have no complaints

started out odd but in the middle it turned out pretty good.

It was available, at a great price, with free shipping and it arrived at the time indicated I would also like to note that Walmart.com offered a much better shipping time than what was offered by Amazon! Walmart for the WIN on this online order! Yay!

This film had many references to current popular / political subjects to date. The use of vernacular, coupled with sprinklings of all things socially conscious made for this to be a thought piece more so than entertainment. The film seemed more for adults than children, which was misleading. I liked that it provided some social context to allow for further discussion, I don't like the stealth approach to that. I like rich vocabulary that peaked my children's inquisitiveness. Perhaps not so high a star rating but the movie wasn't that bad.

purchased for my teenage granddaughter because though she was an avid fan of barbie dolls as a preteen she said she had out grown barbie upon becoming a teenager. still i thought she might enjoy it as a stocking stuffer as a secret pleasure and we might enjoy it together. Not. I was expecting to be dazzled by the cinematography. Disappointed. The much touted acting of main barbie and ken. Disappointed. In the end there wasn't much for me to like. I suspect this dvd will enjoy the fate of weird barbie!

Don't order from this company it was very scratched and would not play and very sneakily wrapped in cellophane like it was brand new !

This is not a review for the movie itself. I couldnt even get the movie to play. The dvd had scratches ALL OVER IT! Wont play in the playstation at all %26 when I put it in a dvd player it didnt make it past the menu without freezing completely. Very upset! Cant even watch it! Waste of money!
