Outside packaging was in excellent condition. Product was as described on the web site and the presentation box was in great shape--there were no dings and the box was not crushed or damaged in any manner.

Through no fault of Wal-Mart's, Fedex delivered this item to the wrong address and the doll was lost. When Fedex refused to make their mistake right Wal-mart stepped in and replace the doll for me. Thank you Wal-mart.

Been collecting the Hoilday Barbie for my Granddaughter since 1999, always beautiful every year. Always buy them from Walmart.

I purchased this for my mother, who collects the Christmas Barbie Dolls. As a collector, she is very picky about the condition of the doll, contents and box. Walmart shipped the doll to my home with care. Everything arriived in perfect condition. The doll is beautiful and will be proudly displayed.

I have purchased one of these Holiday Barbie dolls every year at this time as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When she was too young to take care of it properly she played with it under my wife's close supervision. Later on. of her own volition, she began to keep them on her shelves unopened to look at but retain in perfect condition for reasons of collectibility. This year as in other years the doll is beautifully made with excellent care taken to create a doll well worthy of being added to any collection. The colors are vibrant, the facial detail is near perfect and the costume design is beautiful. My daughter will certainly love it which makes me feel the rather expensive purchase price is well worth it.

When I could not find the 2011 Holiday Barbie for my Grand-Daughter, I just got on the Walmart web site and in a few short steps, it was on it's way to my home. So easy and fast. Very little shipping charges, it arrived in just a few days, the packaging was secure, no damage and I was so pleased to get it without any effort on my part, will go to the Walmart web site whenever I need something in a hurry, and don't want to go all over the place to find it.

I love the Holiday Barbies! They are always worth the money, but it breaks my heart when my daughter opens them every year. I will have to start getting one for her and one for me! She's very beautiful and ellegant!
