The unicorn talks and tells her what to do and what she needs done. It comes with a doctor bag to put all of her medical equipment in. has a cast for the arm or leg and a cast for the horn which I personally think is adorable. She sleeps with the unicorn every night. It's super plush. I highly recommend the Barbie dreamtopia unicorn to any child. 5 stars from this happy mom and child.

The little accessories that come with it are just enough but not too much. She loves playing Dr with her baby unicorn and carrying it around in the bag. The bag is like a shiny plastic material and it's really cute. She uses it for all kinds of little trinkets when her unicorn is out of it.
