I bought these for Operation Christmas Child, and because of the price I was able to purchase 8. The dolls will bless some little girls, who may have never received a Christmas gift.

The leg was not attached and wouldn't go back on no matter how much we tried. Didn't return because granddaughter wanted a doll with broken leg. She no longer plays with it.

I ordered 2 different Barbie dolls online to pickup. So when I reach Walmart to pickup I get two same kind of Barbie dolls. Then I had to go inside the store to return one doll and I get a gift card for it. When I went again to that aisle I see the same Barbie doll which I had ordered online just hanging next to the one which I returned. So I had to again purchase the one that I had ordered online. Isn't that annoying that they are replacing even when they have it in store. Very bad experience. So learnt a lesson never shop online!!

I was scammed and was charged for two when ordered one. Attempted to take back to Walmart, Walmart agreed to accept return but the card they were wanting to put it back on did not match my card on Walmart app nor did I have a card that matched it. I tried to explain this but that was the only way to return called the main Walmart Customer Service 3 x took my info all three times gave me a confirmation number all three times reporting someone would investigate and return my call in 7-10 business days . Never received a call . I called them back gave them the confirmation numbers I had there was no record of the confirmation numbers . So I gave up and was stuck with 525.00 worth of items that did not need. Thank you Walmart .

i NEVER received it, and never had a tracking number! this was my 4yr old granddaughters Christmas gift! im highly upset! I wrote to the sender, NEVER got a response!

I dislike the fact I NEVER received the doll. I attempted to start a refund and wasn't able to do it. I called customer services, and they weren't avke to resolve the issue

Never received item. Received notification that is was delivered with another item but it never was. Called store delivery department and phone just rang continuously.
