The glitter gel body art set comes with 16 different colored pens. Before giving these to my daughter I wanted to test it out myself. I am more on the tan side and the colors popped really nicely. You will have to run the one over a couple of times to get a richer more glittery color but the pens easily glided on my skin and left a beautiful rich color. We are going to have a ton of fun with these pens in our house and our 4 year old is going to love these.

These pens are so much fun. I thought they were just gel pens, but was pleasantly surprised that they were for body art. I love that they are glittery also. There are quite a few colors. This was a huge plus. The yellow didn't show up well on my skin. Both the adults and kids had fun with these. They came off easily, but did require a little bit of scrubbing if that had been sitting on for a little while

These glitter pens are a super hit! All the girls got together during the winter break and drew temporary designs on their legs, arms and faces. They were having so much fun that us adults got involved in the fun too. The colors show up great on fair to medium toned skin and require a few extra coats to show up on darker skin. The colors are bright and you can easily see the glitter

These pens are great! The glitter is so fun. They write easily and the colors are vibrant. There are so many options in the package as well. My daughter had so much fun playing with them. She's a bit young for them but we will definitely keep them for when she's a bit older. Easy to hold and wire extremely smoothly. The number of different colors are great too and the designs on the packing is adorable.

These are great gel pens for my daughters. My three-year-old is riding with it, can hold it perfectly in her little hands these right really well and there is no need to shake them or scribble around the paper to get the gel to come out. She loves that they have different colors to choose from, and especially that Barbie is on the packaging. The only thing that wasn't great, is that you don't see any of the glitter that it advertises. It just looks like a flat color.

These glitter gel body pens are great for a child interested in art- they can be used both on paper or as body pens to create temporary tattoos. I did find the pens to be a little rough on the skin and would not advise them for a young child or for prolonged periods of time. However they are fun for a once in a while activity. The colors show up very well and the glitter is definitely noticeable.

The Hello Kitty Body Gel Pens come in sixteen vibrant colors. All the colors have a glittery shine. They yellows are bright and actually come through well. The clear white lidded pen is a gray color. I was not expecting that, but I understand why. I did not feel comfortable writing in myself or my child with these pens, as they contain aluminum and potentially titanium dioxide. So, we chose to use them on paper and they work very well in paper.

Triethanolamine, Linalool and propylene glycol can ask cause skin irritation and rashes among other things. So leaving it on your body might not be a good idea. These have fragrance in them but it's not noticeable unless the pens are right to your nose and some fragrances are faint. There is a cosmetic expiration date label of 12 months after first use. I like they don't test on animals. A lot of fun colors. The pens glide really smooth and nice on paper and on skin. After washing off the skin three was a little bit of pen ink that didn't quite come off. I didn't scrub hard but you might want to be mindful of that if you're going to an event or something later that day.

I purchased these Barbie gel pens for my niece's birthday. I love the packaging, and she loves all things Barbie, so i figured that these would be a hit. There are 16 gel pens in the set with a variety of colors. The pens write smoothly on paper and are glittery. The pens are meant to be used on the body for body art. When we tried using them on our arms, the first thing we noticed was that the ink didn't show up very well on the skin. We had to press pretty firmly for it to draw. The second thing I noticed when we finally washed our skin, was that our arms seemed to be a little irritated. It was red where we had drawn. Eventually the redness went away, but this made me a little nervous. These pens are marketed for ages 3 and up, but I think that the age should be higher. The price was good, but I don't think that the quality was that great.

Paint colors were pretty light. Would prefer darker but since a large assortment of colors and the glitter I thini it would be suitable for younger girls. Didn't Wash off easily with soap and water glitter is not heavy and more of an accent to the color. Might have preferred some solid colors that easily seen and easy to wash versus all glitter pens. But a way to make you own tattoos and able to touch them up when you want but some colors are too light to be seen
