Happy kid, happy mom
In all honesty - I have no idea what the story line is. However, my special needs kiddo requested this for Christmas and seems more than content that it was under the tree.

A SIMPLE BUT FUN MOVIE
While it may have a predictable plot and it may take some time to get use to Barbie's face since it does look so diferent from the past movies. I still think it was a fun movie to shut your mind off and watch. The animation was vibrant and overall nice to look at.

Different from other Barbie movies
Daughters love Barbie movies. Didn't have catchy songs like others, and Barbie's attitude isn't as calm and friendly like in others, but still entertaining for kids.
