Barbie Nurse Fashion Doll Dressed in Medical Scrubs, White Shoes & Stethoscope Accessory

My daughter said she never got a Barbie as a child because I said it was too sexist. She's a nurse practitioner now and I felt like it was probably OK for her to have her first Barbie. I was pleased to find one that represented her profession. Glad Mattel is recognizing that women can do a lot in this world.

The only thing is, I wish they were like the ones I had as a little girl and the legs bent and you couldn't see the working parts on the inside. But I am old and they don't make them like that anymore.

This is the perfect first Barbie doll for a little girl. The deal was great and the outfit simple. There are few small pieces to be concerned about. Other Barbie dolls are pricier and have eloborate dresses and gowns. Yes, they are beautiful but a little girl that only has a doll or two, may not keep the Barbie as it come out of the box. Others have too many accessories which can be easily lost. Nurse Barbie will be fine cruising in her convertible.

This is such a cute Barbie. Got this for my daughter when she graduates high school. She wanting to go into the nursing field thought it would be a cute gift!

Our granddaughters allay want Barbies for Christmas. It is nice to be able to get things that go together. We got the doctors office and 2 nurses for 1 of them this year and she was thrilled.

I collect Barbie dolls. I especially collect teacher Barbies because I used to be a teacher. Since I'm a diabetic I wanted to add this doll to my family.

This is a really cute Barbie doll that I bought for a 5 year old. Many Barbie's are scantily clad, but I ordered this one specifically because it is fully dressed and appropriate for the age of the child.

It's just a basic Barbie in nurse clothes. It's not flexible and probably won't get played with as much as other Barbie's, but it went well with the theme of her doctor pretend play kit she was also getting.

The product is an original brand. It looks great with clothes on. After opening and inspecting, the quality is not good. The material of the doll is not as strong and durable as expected. The under garments are unrealistic, and made of cheap mateials. They look like a band aids. I am a nurse and wanted my daughter to have an inspirational doll like her mama. Maybe my expectations are too high. Why would they not be if I am buying a name brand not generic. I expect quality, otherwise I would shop for the cheaper off brand. Extremely disappointed.
