Overall, my orders are always on time, I always get updates and text messages, and nothing is damaged when it gets to me

My niece loves it, she takes it everywhere she goes. If she could take it to school she would . Lol

perfect for my granddaughter

It's small in comparison to the picture on line. It's smaller than it use to be a few years ago. They product is priced to high for the quality of what you're actually getting

This doll does not look anything like the picture. The hair looks terrible.

Shipping review of this product from Walmart
It never delivered or it said there was an attempted delivery but I messaged the customer service. No update or any info about this packaged. Order in the beginning of DEC for Christmas. And I was able to get a refund but it was a Christmas gift. Now I'm out of 1 Christmas gift.

Never received item and ordered more than a month before Christmas. No notification from vendor at all. Will not order from vendor again.

Poor quality
I should have checked for review before purchasing. My granddaughter received this on a Friday and Saturday evening she could no longer comb through the hair. It was a matted mess
