Thomas Train is standing up well to the not-so-gentle play of a 2 year old. The train will travel on almost any surface including carpet. The track with tilt Bridge was easy to assemble, will need to save the diagram in case we take it apart. Compatible with an older Thomas Train set. Good value for the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very fun set for my daughter (8) to play with. She was very excited about the party aspect. It would have been great to have stickers to decorate the cake instead of of a bunch of flat bows that didn't seem to have a good place to put them. And if the molded gifts and balloons had more colors or stickers to add style, but it's cute and she is enjoying playing with it. She mentioned that the decor seems very "little kid" but the table is very tall. The cake also seems more like a wedding cake or adult birthday cake than for a child, so there's a mismatched aspect there. The table is too tall for Kelly or Chelsea, and a bit too short for Barbie. It seems sized perfectly for a Stacy doll. Overall cute and fun! She's excited to grab more BarbieWorld items and is loving all the new sets to add to her Barbie collection!
