Great pot! Sturdy and thick. Can feed a crowd and more.

The stockpot was great, just what I wanted for a low country boil. My complaint is on the online ordering department. I ordered this online to be shipped to me and after the order was placed I noticed it was for pick-up at the store. I cancelled the order, all with in less than five minutes of placing it. I reordered it and made sure it was to be shipped to me. The pot came in about five days and the next day I got notice that one was ready to be picked up at the store. Had to drive 30 miles just to return the one in the store. Why they have a "cancel" button for online orders is beyond me. When ordering online "make sure" your order is right before placing it. I have ordered lots of items from here and this is the first complaint I've ever had. Still will continue to shop at Walmart.

We ordered this to cook our summer crabs in! Great crab pot !

I used this pot right after I rec'd it. I made beef stock with 5.5 lbs of leg bone cut into 2 inch pieces. It worked great! the interior basket is very necessary since the pot half full weighs too much to lift. It fit fine on my stove top and the width was just big enough to fit without hanging off the large burner. Keep the size in mind if you are looking for the biggest stove top stockpot you can use as any bigger than this 42 quart would be too big. The product is light weight but some would say too thin.
